"VERBINTENIS" is a journal that publishes scholarly writings on Private Law, including notarial law and PPAT law. As is known, Private Law is considered a specialization or field of expertise within legal studies, alongside Public Law. The scope of Private Law encompasses Civil Law, Business Economic Law, Family Law, Notarial Law, PPAT Law, and others. In private law, VERBINTENIS means Obligation, an abstract form of contract, although it is sometimes debated and more often interpreted as a transliteration of Overeenkomst.
